Wild mushroom risotto balls, parsley essence and sticky roasted red peppers served with warm Shiitaki tea with a dried salt mushroom lip and bobbing wontons, with rocket salad, marinated cannellini beans and peppers finished with truffle vinaigrette.

Steamed Idlis served with hot chilli tamarind tomatoes and curry leaf and mustard seed coconut chutney.
